Below is a photograph of Christmas in Old Quebec, Canada. Since I am Canadian and lived in Quebec for a couple of years it brings back memories of time with family, time to consider what went well this year, plans and dreams for the coming year and what changes I want to make in myself.

No matter what religion you are, or whether your holiday season is in the summer or winter, city, countryside, mountains, sea or desert, the season is special worldwide and Scott and I hope you take the time to truly enjoy this week and to slow down, celebrate and reflect.
