This 3-month study includes learning 2 models and 4 tools for change and transformation. This includes meditations to practice as part of the process. Prerequisites:

US or Canadian Resident
11am-12:30pm PT, Tues & Thurs for 12 weeks

Thursday: 47 Steps Topic: Programming your Mind for Healing. We expect to get approval for our 1000 person Healing ALS Observational ALS study in the next several weeks and would like to organize the timing to re-start the 47 Steps to coincide with the new group of Study participants.
