Thursday September 12: All PALS and CALS. This week Step 34 Clean Mind Purpose. Learn about emotional healing, staying positive and cover one step per week of the 47 Steps. Be part of this exceptional group of PALS dedicated and determined to slow, stop and reverse ALS while living a healthy and enjoyable life no matter what their current condition. Join Thursday's live session even if you are new. You can catch up with past steps when you can.
